
Challenge
- Development of an intensive training program in 2021 to address the economic crisis triggered by COVID-19 and support the entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
- Following the first year, the need to professionalize and expand the program.
Approach
- Revamped the overall development strategy and enhanced the program’s structure.
- Managed operations for the second edition (2022–2023).
- Provided coaching and support to the new program manager.
Result
- Internationalized the program to attract foreign startups to Belgium.
- Increased the number of applicants: 289 project submissions for 2022–2023 compared to 50 in 2021–2022.
- Strengthened social diversity and promoted female entrepreneurship.
